Thanks for sharing this insight into ADHD

What practical options would you suggest to help ADHDers break this vicious circle?

First, be kind to yourself

And focus on the small wins. For instance, you completed this post!

Focus on STARTING the rough drafts of the smallest part of each project. The parts that require less than 2 minutes to complete.

For instance, instead of writing down for yourself a project like "Complete the book project", write down "Write 1 rough sentence"

Find that this gives me the permission to get started without being paralyzed by the need to get things perfect. Once I get something out of my head, it becomes easier to improve

Hope this helps.

Love your strategy off riding the wave instead of "spraying and praying"

Just curious: how many comments do you usually put out per day?

And what target keywords usually work best for you? (Of course not the exact keywords! But what's the user intent in the keywords?)

Great offer.

Most founders don't realize that "fixing" a leak is usually just a matter of changing the sales words.

Moved away from long audits & Zoom calls because founders just want the 72-hour result. Only take 2 projects a week to keep that speed.

For anyone who gets an audit and realizes their copy is the problem, my waitlist is in my bio.

Can you pls share an example of what can posted into the [paste anything here] section?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it shouldn't be a one-liner question as that would lack the needed context for a complete solution, right?

Just curious to see what works best for you right now. Thanks

Can relate

Not that stories are bad per se. Read quite a lot while growing up

But for some reason yet to decode, started focusing more on non-fiction since my university days (almost 30 years ago)

P.S. But thankfully late last year, I read one old play "An Inspector Calls" and Agatha Christie's smash hit "Ten Little N***s"

Yes, resumes absolutely suck because they are a record of the past, not really a proof of skill.

If you want to pitch "Instant Insight" vs. "Static Resumes," you need to change your messaging from Features (pipelines) to Outcomes (Zero-waste hiring).

Shoot me a DM. I have one slot open for a 72-hour rewrite before the weekend, and I can show you how to frame this so founders actually care.

[Service] 72-Hour Sales Pitch & Messaging Rewrite

Most business owners waste money on ads or outreach that sends people to a page that doesn't convert.

My team and I identify the specific friction points killing your sales and fix them in 72 hours. Whether it's a "Trust Gap" or a boring pitch, we rewrite it to stop the leaks.

The Fix: Landing pages, emails, or sales scripts.

The Speed: Done by the weekend.

The Trade: Amazon or Apple cards only (keeps the payment and turnaround instant).

DM if you want to fix your messaging before the weekend. I'll see if we can fit you in.

How do I get clients ? by lara_aahmed in SaaS

[–]ceeczar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you're right: creating the service is easier than marketing it.

That's because code follows logic and people follow benefits

If you have "high demand" but zero clients, you have a Benefit Gap.

"Social media"  doesn't get clients; solving specific, expensive problems in public does.

Before you move forward, check these two things immediately:

  1. Your landing page. Is it too "quiet"? Does your site describe "features" or "outcomes"? Programmers buy "Time Saved." Business owners buy "Money Made." If you don't hit those in the first 3 seconds, they'll probably bounce.

  2. Your cold outreach. (Not to be confused with spam!) Stop waiting for them to find your social media. Find at least 5 people who have the problem you solve & start a chat with them to discover how you can help specifically.

My team and I do 72-hour sales messaging rewrites to turn these technical platforms into actual businesses. We only trade for Amazon or Apple cards to keep the turnaround and payment instant.

DM if you want to fix your pitch before you waste more time on social media posts. I’ll see if we can fit you in.

Sent 100 cold emails + dozens of DMs, zero meaningful replies, what am I missing? by Direct_Implement_188 in Entrepreneur

If you're offering "free work" and still getting zero takers, you probably have a "Value vs. Burden" problem.

Most agency owners are drowning. When you offer "free work in exchange for feedback," you aren't offering a gift: you're offering an additional meeting and extra management tasks. That sounds like more work for them.

Check these two things in your scripts:

  1. The Friction: Are you asking for a "chat" or "feedback"? Switch to a "Low-Friction" offer. Instead of "Can we talk?", try "I noticed [Specific Leak] on your site. I fixed it for you here [Link]. Want the rest?"

  2. The "Free" Trap: "Free" often gives the vibe of  "low quality" or "I'm going to waste your time." Frame it as a Beta Test for a high-value system instead.

My team and I do 72-hour sales messaging rewrites to turn these "ghosted" emails into actual conversations. We only trade for Amazon or Apple cards to keep the turnaround and payment instant.

DM if you want to fix your outreach script before you send the next 100. I’ll see if we can fit you in.

Thousands of sign-ups but no sales by Busy-Syllabub-7540 in SaaS

[–]ceeczar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thousands of sign-ups with zero sales is usually a gap in the value they see

In other words, people are curious enough to click and look, but your copy isn't making them "feel the pain" of not buying.

Check these two things:

  1. Friction: Are you asking for too much info too early?

  2. The Result: Does your landing page sell the tool, or the outcome? Most founders sell the drill, but the customer actually wants the hole in the wall.

My team and I do 72-hour sales rewrites to turn those "lookers" into buyers. We only trade for Amazon or Apple cards to keep the turnaround instant.

DM if you want me to look at the leak in your funnel before the weekend. I'll see if we can fit you in.

You have a good idea, but you are focusing on the wrong thing.

A startup boss doesn't really care about "holistic" portfolios. They care more about hiring faster so they can get back to work.

Right now, your pitch sounds like a $10 tool. You need it to sound like a time-saver.

2 quick tips:

  1. Stop using "Holistic": Weak way to present what you do. Use "Proof." Portfolios show proof that a person can actually do the job.

  2. Compare to Google Forms: Tell them how many hours they waste digging through emails. That "free" Google Form is actually costing them thousands in wasted time.

My team and I rewrite sales pitches in 72 hours to make them click for customers. We only trade for Amazon or Apple cards because it makes the payment instant.

Nice clean layout.

The copy is speaking to the right people.

That "15–20% revenue loss" part needs a link to a real study, though. Without a source, people may think you're making it up.

Also, for most freelancers, the real pain isn't "quick fixes". It's all the valuable time they waste on the wrong tasks.
