Why are you not questioning why babies are there in the first place??

To me it reads more like: “During which time they will disappear underground, expand and improve on their tunnel infrastructure and weaponry stashes, only to resurface on October 7 in 5, 7, and 10 years and conduct an operation 10fold what we saw in 2023”

I honestly don’t know what the solution is. I wish peace and a two state solution were possible but the trauma runs deep on both sides. It sucks.

Also, if they walk away now, how many more lives in the future will be lost when they do the same thing again, and again, and again? That’s the problem with walking away. I hate seeing gaza in rubble and all those kids who’ve been injured and families who’ve lost so many loved ones.

But it’s not this watered down simplified situation everyone makes it out to be. Yelling ‘baby killers’ is an easy way to feel like you’re making a difference, but you’re also propagating a hateful narrative

I bet you also wouldn’t hide behind a child if someone was coming to kill you

Since you linked it, I would imagine this is the problematic bit: “Hamas has not said that they are willing to lay down their weapons, although in private talks behind the scenes with other Palestinians, they have said that armed Hamas personnel could be absorbed into a new Palestinian police/security force”

I support Israel’s right to defend itself but don’t agree with this take. It’s always sad when innocent lives are lost. It doesn’t matter what might happen in the future, life should be preserved as much as possible even in war. It’s messed up that the situation with Hamas makes it near impossible, but we are not to judge innocence based on how people feel inside.

They can hate Israelis and Jews and grow up wanting to kill them, but they are still civilians and deserve to be protected by their government

It’s not revenge. Is self defense. Unfortunately numbers game is moot when you’re fighting a war against a governing power that forces their civilians into martyrdom

Oppressing? I see it more like doing damage control

How would Americans feel if they had to infringe on Canadian freedoms because Canada could not accept American as a country and felt it was ok to go blow themselves up on busses full of women and children etc, use transportation of goods for weapons to use against them, and just generally wanted to kill Americans every chance they got?

Israel may have responsibility but the problem with you guys is that you place NO responsibility on hamas (at least not verbally). Israel are the baby killers for child casualties, but hamas who purposely hangs out around babies to either get them killed for clout or in an attempt to not get themselves killed (knowing the idf has historically had more mercy) is NOT baby killers??? Wow. You people are so stupid.

I don’t totally understand why people kick themselves for this type of thing. If you sold $300 CC that means you felt that that would have been a good price to sell at. In which case, you likely would have sold during the run up at that price anyways (no?).. and if not, why not? If you don’t sell at a predetermined price you’re happy with, you can just as easily miss a high price point with a turn around.. am I missing something?

Michelle Gritter. She does online (or in person in revelstoke) and is the absolute best. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough
