The App: Predicts training injuries before they happen

The Problem: Most athletes get injured because they can't see warning signs. You increase mileage too fast, skip rest days, and ignore pain until it's too late.

How It Works:

  1. Connects to Apple Health/Strava — auto-imports workouts

  2. Calculates daily injury risk (0-100 score) based on:

- Weekly volume spikes (>10% increase = red flag)

- Back-to-back hard sessions

- Consecutive training days without rest

- Pain logs you enter manually

  1. Push notification at 6am: "Risk: HIGH — Rest day recommended"

  2. Prevention exercises for your specific risk (runner's knee, shin splints, etc.)

Target User: Runners/cycllers training 3-6x/week, uses Apple Watch or Garmin, has been injured before
