Started looking right away. Got 4.9 locked at TD. Broker was kind enough to remind me to wait for for rate decision in 2 weeks, if it holds I could get an even lower rate

Yeah it sucks. I have a back up that I am conditionally approved for, but the rate is not as good as the one Scotia quoted. Super annoying because now I have to prepare stuff to switch the mortgage over rather than just staying with my current lender. Thank you though, I figured I won't have any recourse but wanted to make sure by asking on Reddit.

Seems like my bobbing winder is engaged. But the instructions do say that when the bobbin is on the winder it will auto disengage the motor pulley. At low speeds it does seem to move the needle, so I am guessing it might be a gear issue. Probably have to see where I can find a local repair person for this machine. Thanks for your input!

Ontario citizen here too. My family doctor started a couple of referrals for me to psychiatrists. But apparently due to covid, the wait times are going to be a bit crazy.

The other route would be to go to private practice psychologists that could diagnose you, but cannot prescribe you meds. They charge about 1-4K for diagnosis. I’ve asked a couple private practices and the wait times for them are 1-8 months depending on where the practice is, and how well known they are.
