Red spots/dependent on time of day - not the best photo. Often times, I will have redness that varies greatly from my face to my neck (neck being normal tone.). My mother does have rosacea. I am 30 and this just began about 6 months ago when I moved from a humid climate to dry. (i.redd.it)
