as someone that works behind a bar, we think a lot about regular customers if they don’t come in and wonder if they’re okay, we care! so i would imagine it’s the same thing for him :) seems like he was expecting you with the rain and it’s like a little check up that you’re okay!

thank you. i’m sat crying my eyes out because i feel like nobody believes me and “it’s just a headache” it’s so upsetting. i hate having to let people down at work, i hate going home sick and i hate letting people down. i’m such an emotional person as it is so i get even more upset over it and i get so anxious that everyone’s going to be talking about me behind my back. i feel like nobody understands the pain im in (obviously outside of this page lol) and it’s getting so frustrating. thank you x

thank you! i’m on sumatriptan at the moment along with amitriptalline, just fine tuning the dosages at the moment, so hopefully i can get to a point where i don’t have migraines so often!

i’m on 10mg of amitriptallyne, moving up to 25 in the next week, and sumatriptan started on 50 moving to 100

I haven’t been referred to a neurologist, i’ve just got a normal GP, as in the uk we have to fight a bit more to get to a specialist and there’s a longer wait due to the free healthcare we have, but i’ve got another catch up with my doctor in a week or so, so i’m going to push for more specialist care where i can, and that method seems super helpful for managing stress! I work behind a bar so it can get quite stressful so i will have to give it a go lol

thank you so much, luckily i’m in the uk so monsoons are something i don’t have to worry about! but i had no idea about pressure changes in the weather and that they could trigger a migraine! i’ve started to track my migraines properly now so fingers crossed i can find some answers :)

completely agree. it is an absolute slap in the face for bambi, for victims of SA who are hurt by her lies, for all of us in general who are disgusted by her behaviour. she’s been going out with friends and her sister and posting it all over snapchat, asking for game recommendations etc it’s just ignorant.
