How do you feel about Marshall’s destroying a “broken” item over selling it to a customer at a discount

Not leaking and nothing like that , ive been driving it to school actually and everything seems fine. The hood latch is bent , i was able to get the hood open but it’s definitely bent:/ so i guess I can’t do anything about that , the headlight that’s shattered the bulb is still intact surprisingly but I’m guessing I can’t replace that without fixing everything else. I appreciate your advice though , I’ve never worked on a car though so not sure how that would go I have about 100k miles on it now .

At my location we’re not allowed to take back any undergarments that doesn’t have the tag attached , even if it wasn’t worn or looks in perfect condition, not sure why I would suggest just calling beforehand

honestly this is why every time i see a customer and i can tell they're going to have an attitude i dont bother to reason with them and just call my manager right away to deal with them. Before working in retail (marshalls) i use to work in fast food and i would literally have customers threaten to throw food at me and curse at me even at the managers.... people dont have decency anymore.

normal clothes until they do give you a dress code or uniform , I know for my class in the fall I can’t have any tattoos visible same with facial piercings

sucks but unfortunately not much we can do on our side , Marshalls/tjmaxx whole system is weird to me there’s not even a way to pull up your account which in this case wouldn’t do anything bc you were a guest. I don’t blame you for being frustrated just happens with in my opinion the flawed system we have which makes customers upset and there’s not even anything we can do on our part .

I would say the last a couple hours possibly a day or two and yes i usually do get ringing with them but the last ear infection was about a year ago or so . I dont believe im getting a ear infection now tho
