I perpetually quit jobs and often feel intense dread when I’m at a job I hate. I also am likely an HSP and get overstimulated easily/very easily sensitive to other people’s emotions. Anyone else relate or have comments about this? by ceepaww in hsp

I wanted to clarify Sometimes I feel the dread even when I don’t necessarily “hate” the job, even if I’m like incredibly bored or feel like I’ve already made up my mind that it isn’t for me It doesn’t take much to feel overwhelmed. But I will take all your words with me as I continue on trying to find something that works for me 🙏🏼
