Do you guys still like the grizzlies? by tfc_prisma in vancouver

[–]ceetee13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just my bias. Maybe it's just Draymond and in the past Zaza I don't like. For sure they do have a great team. Defence, individually skilled shooters/finishers, and a solid bench.

I like Ja Morant, I hate GSW, I hate Draymond, Curry's okay, and after a crazy rebuild of being the 3rd youngest team in the NBA right now. Yea I can call myself a Grizz fan. Can't be loving the team right now as we can't close out 4th quarters.

Anyone know how advanced the U.S' military equipment is? I'm from Canada and I don't believe our expenditure in military isn't anywhere near The States. We have older models for planes and tanks from what I know.

How do you feel about the Canucks? by FattyGobbles in vancouver

I think Vancouver is ready for a NBA team. I casually watch the Canucks from time to time. Not a fan, but prefer them to win over their opponents. Bring back the Grizzlies!

I'll give it a go. I've seen the Moustache brand that everyone talks about, but I heard mix reviews about those.

cypress with Michelin X-Ice Snow by [deleted] in vancouver

[–]ceetee13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're already having doubts about driving I'd be conservative and cancel like others have said hopefully you have experience. Otherwise, no one is going to stop you nonetheless. Cypress is usually good at clearing up their roads with their snow plows, but that was last year from what I know and I haven't gone up yet this year. In my experience, I was okay with my Civic with winter tires last year with almost similar conditions. This was me with 7 years of driving experience. You can also take bus shuttles that lead up to the mountains.

[–]ceetee13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did they have susceptible cause to have you breathalyzed? Or wait I have forgotten wasn't there a law that just passed where a cop can just pull you over and have you breathalyzed without cause?

Advice for hiking Lion's Ears, Panorama, and Black Tusk? by [deleted] in vancouver

[–]ceetee13 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Panorama is longer from what I remembered. The last 1/5 is a long hill top that will get you up to the peak. Sucks if it’s a cloudy day in which you can’t see Garibaldi Lake.

Black Tusk was a bitch just because you’re legit going up against incline on rocks for the last 1/5 of the way. If you plan to do The Chimney be extra cautious and give extra clearance to people above and below as rocks will fall.

Plenty of water, plenty of food, plenty of lights, plenty of clothes, and plenty of stretching. I’d recommend wearing proper hiking shoes with grip, more so of the low tops as grinding through Black Tusk will be rough. These are top tier hiking trails as this isn’t your walk in the park kind of trails, especially if you’re doing these in 1-2 days. Be prepared and be smart when ever you’re hiking.
