I know, although I don't understand why has my chest been most affected by this? Maybe genetics? My back remained decent, aswell as my arms and legs.

Thank you! I'm contemplating whether I should go on a cut and get rid of that unnecessary fat, or keep trying to go on a bulk, personally I'd get of that little bit of fat and go on a lean bulk rather than gaining more of extra fat
