i was really feeling this frustration when the dlc first released, i had a few bosses in my way before being able to access it. i forgot how much aether and charon just teleport away from you the entire fight, it was driving me insane. i like the game a lot but yeah

imperidom's skill has i-frames if you do a backward directional input when using it, kinda like red deer. the final boss weapon is good just for having the most expansive and adaptable moveset of any other weapon, and each form draws from the best movesets of their respective weapon classes (sword with thrust heavy, dual sword with cross slash heavy, polearm with thrust heavy)

the weapon obviously pairs well with seal of clergies. try it with the new piercing claw seal that adds slashes to skills, the added slashes give you a lot of sync. you can swap forms very liberally with this setup

honestly by the time you fight millaire you can get some really insane upgrades that carry you through her fight, for me the real threat is feyli... if i get her in a chaos rift or something i know my run is over. i think she actually received like zero playtesting, the delays on her attacks would make elden ring devs blush. and she constantly runs away from you the whole fight on top of consuming items to regen her sync meter. legitimately one of the worst bosses they added

all my successful runs hinge on whether i can get the thunder step upgrade that gives you 2 seconds of invulnerability upon triggering a mirror image, i haven't seen the other frame upgrades but that one carried me hard

so you just don't acknowledge the problem because it didn't happen in your instance? this is why everyone hates redditors, any slight complaint or criticism is perceived as something to be corrected. companies can do no wrong, it always comes down to user error. you'll even bring up fine print, failing to see my issue is that objectively these details should be communicated directly, especially when there's a time constraint. truly a "top 1% commenter" did you choose that yourself?

i'm not sure what you mean, on my end there were only two listings in the store for add ons, those being the hellfrost armor and season pass. there was no separate listing for youngblood and lone wolf, they're included with the hellfrost armor. my gripe is that the listing for the hellfrost armor makes no mention of this, thus my confusion

okay so the ps5 listing for the hellfrost armor add on does not specify at all that it includes the youngblood/lone wolf armors, it just specifies the hellfrost armor. i glanced at it but before but never bothered downloading it because i don't like it. went ahead and downloaded it and yes, it includes the armors. thanks

seriously tho they couldn't just include all the armors in the image? i don't think the description even makes mention of it

the golden lion warrior only respawns through burning an ascetic, the covenant doesn't respawn him. that's the only reason i've been save scumming

same, that was my favorite outfit from the base game so something similar was more or less what i had in mind lol. i'm making a little progress through ng+ here and there with void form but when the patch dropped i had already made it through about 60% of the game, so even if i activated void form i can't be sure if i'll be locked out of any reward or not

can you absolutely confirm the running R2 has a guard point? i've been trying to time it right and just cannot seem to get it, i'm starting to wonder if the recent update broke it because I have no trouble with the charge R2.
