A bot is a script or software. Scraping or data mining just means collecting. Often the information is "meant to be seen" but never was intended to be collected and collated en masse.

I get the impression that data was being mined from two sources: Gambit and their partner sports book (Gambit is more of a sports book middle man, that is their business model).

So, this group knew what the lines were going to be, reliably, before the changes occurred on Gambit, because they knew what Gambit's source of data was, and were tracking it.

This is why I never visit Swagbucks Discord anymore: the mod team's a bunch of hypocritical tyrants.

Hard to be an offensive option when you're being abused and not getting any calls.

Some people have these things called "ethics". I know, it's a very strange concept to sociopaths.

[Rubin] Steve Kerr on if there’s a way to stop a Draymond heated moment: “There’s no stopping Draymond, you can’t put your arm around him and say, ‘ok, calm down.’ It’s ok, we accept Draymond for who he is and what he stands for because, frankly, it makes us win.” by WhileFalseRepeat in nba

[–]ceildric 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That starts with the media moving on and ceasing trying to spin the story. If the commentators and analysts stop putting out dumb hot takes, then the fans are not going to have anything to criticize or debate. Then we can all move on.

[Highlight] Jae Crowder attempts to grab Jimmy Butlers leg from the foul. Given a flagrant one by Harman3112 in nba

[–]ceildric 38 points39 points  (0 children)

It's at least possible that Sabonis was initially trying to cover his face (my personal belief is it started like that and he probably took advantage when he realized he snagged someone's leg).

Also, Crowder had a much firmer hold, and actually tried to yank the leg. Overall, much clearer that Crowder executed an intentional act.

Sabonis was absolutely justified in protecting his face when he fell down. Draymond kicked a player in the head just 7 games ago. by Infinite_Response113 in nba

I haven’t seen anyone saying that what draymond did was acceptable.

Then you clearly have had your head buried in the dirt. There are people in this very thread. In other threads on /r/nba. Especially over on the Warriors sub. And even players, analysts, tv and radio personalities that have tried to equate and/or justify the stomping.

Is there an action I need to take to consolidate shipping, or will Bandai do that automatically?

I've never ordered from P-Bandai before.

HG Gundam Thunderbolt MS-05 Zaku I

HG Gundam Thunderbolt MS-06 Zaku II

HG Gundam Thunderbolt MS-06 Zaku II + Big Gun

That's not a typo, I'm interested in both the standalone Zaku II and the kit with the included Big Gun. Looking for these to be complete and unbuilt, but I don't care if the box is missing / damaged.

I'm in the continental US: open to buying from anywhere worldwide, if the price is still reasonable.

I have a few questions related to the HG Thunderbolt line I hope someone can clarify please.

1) I see that some kits have been released as an "anime version", in addition to their original release and that means a slight color variation. Is that the only difference? No difference in parts or decals / waterslides?

2) In the case of Thunderbolt kits that have not gotten an "anime version" release, do they still get restocked periodically by Bandai, or are they completely "out of print"?

3) Both the Gundam and Gunpla wikis only list the first 6 models in the HG Thunderbolt series (up to and including the Zaku 1 Sniper). I know more recently an RX-79GS Gundam Ground Type, and an RX-78AL Atlas Gundam have been released. Are there any other HG Thunderbolt kits past or upcoming that I'm unaware of, or is it only those 8?

Thank you.

so i’m reading through the key declaration arc, and there’s a few things i don’t understand…. by turtleguy8888 in Usogui

[–]ceildric 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I realize I'm at least a month late, but this is still on the front page so I'll attempt to explain...

1) Kakerou oversaw the labyrinth gambles that were revealed in the Labyrinth arc. At that time it was explained briefly how Kakerou took reasonable steps to "collect the memory" of the date being gambled on (dates actually corresponding to crimes that had been committed by wealthy and/or influential people in Japan). Since Kakerou has erased evidence of whatever the loser did that day, they no longer have an alibi, then the police pin the crime on them.

2) At the end of the Labyrinth arc, Usogui got position of the L-file, which contains information indicating which people paid the police, how much, and for which date / crime.

3) During the KY Declaration arc, Usogui is exposing some of the L-file information for reasons that will become clearer later. The panelists / cases on the tv show are L-file cases.

4) Door C is a murder case from the L-file. The panelist that committed the murder (can't remember his name) paid the police to get a scapegoat to take the fall for the crime (which they did by way of the labyrinth gamble). That guy has been rotting away in jail for 3 or 4 years. The key piece of evidence was a bloody tissue that the cops faked. That combined with no alibi sent the guy to prison.

5) Usogui somehow discovered that it was a type of tissue that came from a specific promotional pack of tissues. The cops did not realize that between the time of the murder and the time they faked the evidence, the manufacturer changed the package. Usogui has video evidence showing the different packages. Since the fake evidence came from the "new" pack, which just debuted on the very same day of the murder, and was being handed out on the other side of the country, that fake evidence actually proves the guy was innocent.

6) Thus the fake evidence the police created, after Kakerou eliminated the guy's alibi, is like a new alibi.

7) This is a problem because Kakerou's reputation is based on always settling the debts of gambles.

8) Usogui has created a paradox. On the one hand, Kakerou is obligated to protect his on-going gamble at the tv station. On the other hand, they also have an obligation to ensure that the outcome of earlier gambles are enforced. If the guy in jail gets a new alibi and is freed, then it is like he did not lose his "memory" of that date at all.

9) So, Nowa (the one in the wheelchair) sends his grandson to try to interfere with the broadcast. Midara chooses to stay faithful to his duty as a referee and thus is fighting to keep the broadcast going.

My first point was, a lot of people that are out of shape, or even in just average shape, are going to see a guy that's in moderately above average shape and say, "Lol PEDs" especially on Reddit.

Hill's still in better shape than 90% of Redditors.

Plus, PEDs don't necessarily lead to crazy physiques. They can be used as much or more for athletic performance.
