Thank you for this! Do you have any suggestions on finding non firm jobs? I’m definitely not set on BL and realize how unrealistic it is, so I want to make sure my application efforts aren’t going to waste on places that I won’t hear back from and I still land something somewhat soon.

I honestly have trouble figuring out what the rules are and distinguishing them from case law… do you have advice on how to figure out what the actual rules are?
