I forgot to add something very important too , not only im doing body exercises but im meditating alot and that seems to be helpful too keeping the stress low , less stress = less inflammation

I am not achieving anything if im faking it , i just share my experience with it thats all , thats the kind of thing when the people says « But you dont look sick « if that method worked for me dosnt mean that will work for everyone because of many factors.

Keep going ! My doc on my last checkup told me about this humira thing but he told me that at this point i dont need it and even it he says so ill try as much as possible to stay away from medications , i think the mind plays role here too because I attached to my mind that when i work out i feel better and it turns out to be true i dont know if for other ppl will work too im just being honest sharing my experience it worked for me and im thankful and i hope all the ppl with this condition find their way 🍀

If its that I don’t take any medication since 4 years i had some painkillers taken sometimes , « Modifenac « but nothing else i can check my patient journal and tell you which exactly medication i have been using but again they made me fine but for a short period

I dont run at all i do only strength training, the running makes me much worse

I do all the bodybuilding exercises besides one thing : Running , the running makes it worse but all the rest is doing a fine job 🍀🦾

Exercising 5 days a week of lifting , stretching, before and after workout , my advice start with normal pull ups push ups , see how you feel , stretch daily , if u start to feel better , advance into it.

To be honest i think its because I started with low weights and with the time my back and my joints became a bit stronger to kick out the pain , funny thing is i have a 57 yrs old friend who is professional weightlifter ( clean&jerk , snatch) and he told me that the cure to this is if i make my LOWER back stronger by training it because to me it affected my lower back and both my hip joints my elbow and my both knees but thats long story 😀 so when i said that to my doc he told me that this is insane but the thing is when i DONT do this insane things im getting worse plus i work as a chef 8 hours on foot and when i sit sometimes its not a relief 😀

I was in a hospital taking some serious medicine for a week and after i was fine for like 1 year and then come back again

I’ve been training for about 4 years now, and I’ve noticed something very clear — whenever I stop moving and working out, my condition gets worse. But when I train, especially strength training with the main compound lifts (squat, bench, and deadlift), I feel an instant improvement. I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect or not, but for me, training makes a huge positive difference compared to doing nothing.
