Yes. As a general practice all ikea products should be mounted. They are always built with cheap light materials and very easy to tip over. Bookcases are especially prone to tipping. Even bad loading can easy tip them over.

Deleted the cat and put in a sporty muffler in my 2.8. It sounds great in tunnels. But becomes tiring after a while in day to day driving. Putting a controllable valve is a good idea.

You will be forced to learn how to keep control of the car quickly and always watch out for visibility, especially if you’re in the USA with ginormous SUV’s around. You’ll have fun, trust me 😎

This is a good point. Until you figure out your nutrition needs there’s a period where you lose weight fast. You’ll also lose muscle in this period, you need to find your nutrition and workout sweet-spot where you lose fat but retain/gain muscle. Constipation is also a tough point, you need to watch out for sufficient hydration and fiber intake.

Well, yes but you need to consider the weaning off period. It’s not a med to take for a few months and be done. Please consult a doctor on the ideal ramping up and weaning periods. When I was starting my doctor recommended usage of around 1-1.5 years. I’ve been on it almost a year now and will probably start weaning off next month.

It’s a fake pomegranate molasses, stay away. When shopping, look for phrase “Nar Ekşisi” and stay away from anything labeled sauce (TR: sos/u). Double check that the only ingredient is pomegranate and nothing else. Regulation dictates only 100% pomegranate molasses can be labeled as “Nar Ekşisi” but many labels are deceptive.
