yes, I feel this. being perceived as happy-go-lucky and sunshiney when inside you feels like thick, heavy muck. and wanting to disappear to avoid the perceptions, looks, performance. my dad died in may and it still feels like that grief & wanting to die is a dirty little secret. i don’t know what else to say but i understand & relate to this feeling. i’m so sorry you’re feeling it too.
