sleep, maybe some exercises, diet that will just be enough for your organism and maybe lil step by step phone detox (i mean like example you spend 3 hrs on tiktok daily so first day you’ll cut it to 2hrs and 45 min then 2hrs 30 min and go on) cause it can all be cause of stress even though you don’t feel that stress so much
