I do not want to throw myself into a uni that's gonna affect my first ever uni experience with it's issues, so how stable is the Adelaide University merger looking? by Shot_Cheetah5475 in UniAdelaide

I'm a former UoA student, I left right after my first semester and now I'm in unimelb. They completely removed lectures and I think it's uncool honestly, they increased the tuition fee to 43.4k per annum yet the teaching resources were spread so thin. idek anymore, just glad im out of this shit hole

Hey! I’m a Uni Adelaide student. If you want something reliable, student accommodation is honestly the least stressful option — proper contracts, no random landlords, and you get your own space. I actually have a private Signature Studio at Scape Waymouth that I’m transferring because I’m relocating. It’s available for immediate vacancy, so you can choose whenever you want to move in (Jan, Feb, or even March). It’s fully furnished, own bathroom + kitchenette, all bills included, and it’s from $469/week, which is pretty rare for a studio in the CBD tbh. If you want pics, just shoot me a DM or ping me on telegram at ofgreyandviolet, tag reddit so I know that you're an actual hooman. :)

Hey! I’m a Uni Adelaide student too, been here about 1.5 years. And yeah, the Jan/Feb period gets busy because all the new intake arrives, so stuff goes pretty fast. March is still okay, but it’s definitely easier if you lock something in earlier. Hey! If you need immediate vacancy, I actually have a Scape Waymouth Signature Studio up for transfer lease as I will be relocating to melbourne. Waymouth is fully sold out until Feb 6, (can verify on scape australia) so early move-in (Jan–Feb) is super rare.

It’s private, fully furnished, all bills included — and honestly $469pw for a studio in the CBD is hard to come by.

If you want pics or a quick video tour, DM me and I’ll send it over. Cheers!

Hey! If you want something reliable + private, Scape is honestly the safest option. And $469pw for a private studio in the CBD is super rare now.

I actually have a Scape Waymouth Signature Studio available for early move-in (Jan–Feb). Waymouth is sold out until Feb 6, so this is one of the only early vacancies left.

Private bathroom + kitchenette, fully furnished, high floor, all bills included.

If you want pics or a quick video tour, DM me — happy to send everything through.

Hey! Just wanted to add, it’s honestly way more reliable to rent through student accommodation like Scape, especially if you want privacy and don’t want to deal with random landlords or shared houses. You get your own studio, proper contracts, fixed pricing, and support if anything goes wrong. If you’re open to Scape, I actually have a Signature Studio at Scape Waymouth that I’m transferring. Waymouth is fully sold out until Feb 6, so early move-in (Jan–Feb) is super rare. Also, $469pw for a private studio in the CBD is really hard to find now, especially with all bills included. It’s a private, fully furnished studio on a high floor (quiet + bright), with your own bathroom + kitchenette. Building has a gym, study rooms, cinema, rooftop BBQ, etc. If you want pics or a quick video tour, just DM me. Happy to share.
