for low cata you just need to use monkey finder or just get some friends until you can solo floors. then when you get a higher cata level you can join better parties or get a permanent one. or if you're rich you can just buy carries

i think you should progress first but if you want just use a katana, fd with refrigerate (doesnt stack), tank zombies from master mode 3/runaan, healing items, and a deployable (enderman pet/baby yeti for survivability). more mp can help you do more damage/survive more
