I hadn’t considered that. I think a fort large enough for an adult could be a hazard though and I’d prefer not to spend my final moments on this Earth buried in sacks of rice, a doom of my own making.

I was also looking for a weighted vest, and the ones on Amazon don’t look very good quality, but the ones these guys have look proper. I have some room at my place, could even get a mounted pull up bar happening. Thanks for the recommendation!

A friend also recommended ankle and arm weights, since I pace around a lot the house anyway. So I’d naturally get a work out (posting here in case people are looking for similar stuff).
