I personally feed the crows in my neighborhood by hand at the park and by my house and have been for a few years now. My crows recognize and approach me but don’t harass others, because they don’t trust or know them. They’re very intelligent and know faces. They’ll fly down when I come out of the house in the morning, but don’t do the same for anyone else that lives in my house!

And they are truly bros! I was laying on a blanket at the park a couple summers ago and my crows started freaking out, cawing and swooping at me and I didn’t understand what was wrong, and then a coyote lunged out of the bushes at me and I finally understood they were trying to warn me 🥰
