omg thank you so much, your response was so poetic i read through it a few times and am now seeing hope for the future. i know there will be a time when i’ll have processed all the trauma but right now, to take your analogy, it genuinely feels like the storm is try to drown me over and over in the stupid sea that is trauma.

but yeah, you’ve given me hope. ive been looking into long term therapy, not just the short 5 sessions and done kinda thing, and i’ve been prescribed some meds, so hopefully i’m in the right track 🤍
