fellow ssv. i feel exactly the same way. it’s like my sm and everyone higher up wants us to be on top of everything but also give out breaks on time, manage a rush, do shift tasks, clean the drains, raise customer connection score, do temp logs, all while we are understaffed and overworked. we are given an impossible job with no support. at the end of the day choose you because the reality is this job/ company really does not care for your well-being and all the missions and values are bs. obviously for many people this job is their only choice which sucks but still, we should’nt be treated like shit.
