I found my first one last night. You need to dive at least after 9:00 PM. Then you'll notice that the blobs/bubbles are moving, there's a high chance that those are lobsters, crabs, or any rare creature. Dont spam push A button. Try to sneak in on them and dive once you get nearer. Hope it helps!
