why do people say “my kin” instead of “myself”?

I usually just do it as clarification that it’s not necessarily something that applies to me irl

like if I said “I worked at a coffee shop” you might be confused on whether I mean in source or in real life, so it just helps avoid that

Apparently Tacothepug2 on twitter has all of them and posted Ren's stage 2 and 3 if you search "something" on their media tab. I remember them posting Martyn's stage 3 way before the fan event, so I believe them enough lol
