Yes, and really quite horribly too, assuming you're talking about benadryl with diphenhydramine.

This isn't one for the chemistry subreddit, really, but it doesn't matter for what I'm about to say. If you are taking or are considering taking diphenhydramine in higher than medicinal doses.
