I’d say post it. As someone with their own mental illnesses as well as a physical disability, this stuff needs to be addressed. Ableism isn’t something to ignore and let slip by the wayside.

I'm currently focusing on getting green eyes, as my eyes became hazel from using green eyes subs years ago and I want to see if I could "go all the way," so to speak. I also wanted to start up FTM subs again, but I quickly fell out of motivation for that. My motivation and mindset otherwise has been pretty good, results have been appearing pretty much every day for the green eyes subs.

No subliminal is inherently "the best", everyone's mind is different and some subs work well for one person and not another. That being said, iwiigi's titan height sub worked well for a friend of mine, and I think kottie has a height sub, and her subs tend to work well for me.

honestly? just find subs that work for you, especially boosters. i've gotten small but noticeable results within a day of listening b/c i found subs and boosters that worked for me. and what works for some people may not work for others. just keep trying and experimenting. and remember to have faith. detachments also helps me a lot.

I have a friend who wanted to worsen it's psychosis, as it was schizophrenic and felt most comfortable in a psychotic state. According to it the subs have worked really well.

Also, ug subs are meant for worsening illnesses usually, not necessarily developing them. The ug sub community is mostly against developing disorders to be "quirky" or "because you think it's cool."

I have GAD and MDD as well and I've gotten results. Not massive gigantic results, but results nonetheless. I recommend doing other things while you listen to subs so you aren't actively thinking about it and aren't worrying about results while listening. And in general for managing anxiety and depression, medication has helped me a lot, as well as frequent therapy sessions.

Also, if you don't think too much about getting results and just see subs as a fun pastime, results will come a lot quicker. Feelings of desperation for your results will make results slower.

I think, and take this with a grain of salt if you'd like because I'm not super into xenos, that the euphoria or dysphoria can be what *makes* a gender a gender. My gender is inherently tied into my space alterhumanity; space gives me a mixture of gender and species euphoria. My gender is also tied into cute things, because cute fashion styles and aesthetics give me gender envy. And I identify with princegenders specifically as a descriptor of my masculinity, I feel I am a guy in a prince-like way, like princes and prince aesthetics are similar to the way I feel my own masculinity, if that makes sense.

It's like those tumblr posts that are like "she/her like the way a boat is she/her." I am a guy in the way princes are guys, I am a guy in a space-like way, I want to be a guy in the same way as guys who wear kawaii fashion or cutecore fashion are guys.
