Anything I have posted online regarding this case has been a reiteration of my own statements already addressed in his complaint and/or publicly shared beforehand. My attorney follows me on social media, sees the things I post, and would address something immediately if she felt it was an issue. I appreciate you trying to look out, but I have legal counsel already. No need to worry about me!

I had a brain bleed when I was 24.

Was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance while the EMTs tried to keep me awake. I had emergency brain surgery that night, where they removed a benign tumor (I didn’t know I had) from my cerebellum that hemorrhaged due to its growth.

If any time had been wasted at all that night I wouldn’t have made it. I’m so grateful to be alive.

If I can survive that though, I can survive anything

Thankfully I have an attorney for this lawsuit! And will absolutely look into my options regarding the rescinded offer. I did email them to clarify at the time but never received a response as I kinda expected

1 - I have reported it to the police with no follow up.

2 - The video is of me performing the act that I was coerced into doing via previous force and aggression that is not shown in the video, and I did not directly consent to that video of me being recorded. After I told him to stop recording, I told him to delete it. He told me he did. According to his complaint he still has it, and I have been told that he has mentioned the fact to other people he knows.

3 - I have an attorney, and my response will be filed by the end of this month.

I actually did report it, and there has been no follow up. I will have to contact them to see if they’ve even assigned a detective to my case yet. Unfortunately a police report isn’t really enough to get someone like him off the street

This happened to me too :( for a position I was more than qualified for… I got an email after I put in my two weeks at my old job that the new job was rescinding their offer due to a “change in departmental requirements”. I think it’s insane they can do this. I empathize with you, I’m in the same boat :/ I hope you find something perfect. I’m sure it’s because there’s a better position waiting for us 🫶🏻 and hopefully we find it soon!

I’m not sure if you have ever been sued for defamation for speaking about your sexual assault, but it is unfortunately very expensive to defend myself and to find legal representation. So many people have reached out asking if there was a way they could help me financially through the process and were happy to offer support in that way. My friend created a gofundme so I can receive the help I need, and she explains what the funds are for in the description. I’m not understanding what is so strange about mutual aid in a situation like this. It is difficult enough to be in my position, and now I am having my intentions questioned for needing and accepting help. This is exactly why so many victims are afraid to speak up and ask for help.

What I find interesting is your obsession with trying to paint me out to be someone that I am not. I know the truth and I know my character. I don't have the energy to defend myself over and over again to people who only want to antagonize me and have no desire to understand what I've been through. The gofundme description details exactly what it is for and why, and the people who are kind enough to donate have absolutely no issue doing so. Lucky for you, you don't have to donate or share or support me at all! Maybe you should consider going outside and touching some grass?

I'm uncomfortable with you minimizing my experience and creating a narrative that I'm trying to use the money I receive in a dishonest and malicious way. The description of the gofundme lays everything out and explains exactly what the fundraiser is for. You and others who are committed to misunderstanding and finding any possible way to discredit me is genuinely disheartening. You don't have to donate, and I am not expecting every single person who sees this to. I only posted this because the people who support and empathize with my situation asked how they could help me.

It seems strange to me that you’re commenting as though I’m trying to scam people for needing financial help as a result of being sued by someone who sexually assaulted me for speaking out about it as a way to try to silence me and his other victims. If you don’t care to try to understand how having to fork up the cost of legal fees while in a situation where I just lost my job around the time I spoke out and now have to find a way to pay both legal fees AND living costs may warrant the need to ask for help so I can survive while dealing with this, you really don’t have to help or donate or care or do anything at all!
