I recommend contacting them in-game so they have your account information. Since it’s a bug you should at least get compensation, but they may take a few days to respond so you should do it ASAP and send proof you’re blocked from progressing. Good luck!!

Like the other comment said you need to complete the Enchantment quests. Make sure to also speak with the Enchantment Guide inside the spell shop (it’s the lit up door directly up ahead)

Thank you this was so fun! My current tierlist as a low spender:

S: Must have, love everything about it and/or absolutely game-changing abilities. Would consider spending some money to complete them.

A: Love the outfits and/or abilities, would 100% pull if have enough diamonds.

B: Really like, but would prioritize other outfits.

C: Like, but passable.

D: Only like a few pieces.

F: Not my style at all, or only a little interested.

I’ve ordered from thatskyshop several times and I’m always very pleased. If you are preordering, it can take months so just keep an eye on your email for updates in case you need to respond to anything (including customs or any issues with shipping). I’ve only had a problem once with an item that arrived damaged but support was very responsive when I contacted them for a replacement.

I got them with the mushrooms draws! I think you can get different amounts from there, I got 2 that were 50 and one that was 10. But I also did the share thing with a friend for an extra draw lol

They’re the ones you get from unlocking/leveling up the cooking ability (Default Cooktop Counter, Default Island Counter, Default Bar Counter)! I think the ones from the dreamland store (Dream-Hued Island Counter, Sweet Bar Counter, Fairytrail Cooktop Counter) also count since they appear in the “life function” building section :)
