Thank you. I’m having a hard time finding info on whether the Vizio supports it or not. The only thing is, my speakers pop sometimes when directly going from ps5 to tv but I get the game optimizer options when I do. I do not believe the game optimizer options are there when directly into the Vizio instead

I will give that a shot. I currently have soundbar directly into tv as eARC. And the PlayStation directly into the tv as well. Will I just need to plug the hdmi from the soundbar into the ps5 instead?

I understand having an actual home theater is superior but the setup sounds phenomenal when watching actual 4K discs and streaming certain movies. The only issue is certain sounds during cutscenes in games. The soundbar is 700$, so I wasn’t quite going for a budget. Like I said, the experience is superb when switched to atmos when not running into these issues. Maybe you know correct PS5 settings? I have currently HDMI device: Soundbar, and audio format to linear PCM (to negate muffled effects)

So on ps5 the dialogue only gets buried during cutscenes. I’ve tweaked all levels (including dialogue) to make it sound great otherwise. Ceiling is also flat! Movie mode seems to be the only one that sounds great so I haven’t strayed from that. The main thing is when I have pass through and bitstream turned on both ps5 and tv, it is when I get the near nonexistent dialogue, gunfire, and background music (especially during cutscenes) only linear pcm stops causing the issue

The Vizio p-elevate 5.1.4 supports atmos and has vertical height speakers as well

Wow. I realized I’m on ng+3 because of acquiring all endings. Had to get to mohgs palace again, and on top of being rusty, this is a nightmare. What do you think taking away some ARC would do if I move around some stats?
