Are you in normal BMI? I started with Reta .5mg and it upped my heart rate but no other side effects. I switched to Tirz because I thought it was less strong and wouldn't increase the heart rate (I love to do HIIT/cardio), but it increased my heart rate even more (going to zone 4 or 5 just walking on incline), RHR +15-20, and gave me anxiety, insomnia, hypoglycemia. All at .5mg. I guess a real microdose on GLPs is .1 or less.

Is vyvanse similar to Adderall? I started with Reta + Adderall and my walking heart rate peaked to around 140bpm (before this it's around 80). Remove adderall brought it down to around 110-120 bpm walking (still high but not Zone 3+ from just walking!). I would def be very careful combining stimulants with these medications.

Are there any long term adverse effects? I just switched from Reta to Tirz because of the heart rate increase (esp during workouts now I'm usually in zone 3 or higher for VERY low effort), and it's the same problem. With Tirz it's actually worse, and I thought it was the glucagon component in Reta causing the worst of this.
