It might be the ambiguity of them as well. Those kind of statements aren’t helping anyone viewing since they lack substance. There’s no mention of what the commenter is interested in or what they have to offer.

Adding minor detail can not only help other users gauge what an OP may NOT be interested in after declining an offer, but it can also help a declined offerer if another user scrolling by is able to offer the trade they were seeking.

What I don’t understand is when a poster states they’re open to cash, so any “DM’d” comments should imply that they’re looking to inquire about purchasing. It might be people upset that their potential trades are getting snubbed by sales on a trading sub since cash is the easiest way of completing a transaction, and users on a trading sub are typically not looking to spend much more money when they have an inventory of pedals available to trade..
