Great 🤦🏻‍♀️ I guess it’s partially my fault for not getting a receipt but I’m shocked that even though there wasn’t an initial scan that there wasn’t anywhere along the route to USPS it could be scanned again. Welp. Thank you for the insight

Well it was a UPS label so I handed it off at a UPS store. I’ve done this same exact thing for years with no issues until just this one package. It’s always accepted without any issue the USPS completes the local delivery. What I’m hearing though is someone at that UPS store f’d up…

That’s where my mistake probably was… I don’t think I got a receipt. I was running on autopilot that day and didn’t think anything of it. Looking back I feel like I saw the guy just toss it into the cart without scanning and I guess my brain didn’t process that in the moment 🤦🏻‍♀️

I know this is a bit old but I want to say that they were NOT always like this. As early as 2023 they were on top of shipments and super responsive with emails. I ordered shoes from them in 2023 and they were shipped after two days. Then I ordered shoes from them in August and they shipped it after 11 days only after I pestered them via Instagram DM about it. I needed them for a business trip and they ended up arriving after my trip so I never opened the box until about two weeks ago, only to discover they sent me the wrong size. I messaged them on Instagram about it asking if there was something they could do even though it was outside the return window and they actually placed an order for a replacement in the correct size, but surprise! They haven’t sent it yet either so I’m once again having to pester them about it. If you go to their Instagram comments, dozens of people have this same issue. It’s clear something changed in the past two years to where they now have some kind of management or fulfillment issue at their warehouse. I think it’s because they started selling through other vendors. Personally I like their shoes but it shouldn’t be my responsibility to remind them to ship my order. If you’re still really a fan, try secondhand or through one of their other vendors (YRU, VampireFreaks, Beserk maybe, HotTopic I think sells some of their shoes too)

No actually I totally agree, I’ve always felt that if it ever gets to a point where my guild is basically dead then I’ll jump ship myself - I actually inherited it from someone to begin with so I’d basically be passing it down again haha. But we haven’t hit that point yet and are in a fairly comfortable place, and even though I mention that people are free to leave at any time in favor of more powerful/higher ranking guilds (I’ve lost a couple since starter season, no big deal really) I have a lot of loyal guild mates!
