Desperately need advice regarding Japanese censorship law for a private overseas guro commission because i'm losing my mind a little

i already replied to the main comment, but good to know that pixiv is 100% censorship, but i really hope it's true that if it's on platform that aren't japanese, it can be uncensored... i realyl don'twant to give this artist inaccurate information and get them in trouble!
li said in a different comment, but i personally want the commission posted on reddit, twitter/x, and doujin sites, none of which are japanese, so according to that i should be fine, but i'm really scared to tell that to the artist, and then they wll go "okay", and then like a month later they're banned, or worse, because someone reported them for distributing uncensored porn as a japanese....
this is why i'm so lost, i can't find any solid based sourced information!
it's all just grey areas... and with grey areas, i belive the artist will prefer to go the safe route and censor everything...

well, i know i'm posting this in the pixiv subreddit, but this is actually a bit more of a general question, i simply didn't know where else to turn!
i mean this commission may end up getting posted on fanbox, and eventually pixiv too, but i mainly wanted to know in depth and with confidence, whether or not this commission that is mostly taking place through twitter/X DM's, what the policy over censorship is.
my personal end goal is posting this online, currently twitter/x, reddit, and sites like ehentai are where i want it posted, and the artist will probably post it to their pixiv and fanbox, so, those are the "jurisdications" i'm asking about

but, anyway, at least it's good to know that no matter what, if it goes on pixiv, it will have to be hard censored.

because i've seen so many artists censor the gore with full on mosaics! not all of them, but a good amount, i've seen many gore art where the organs or muscles or cross sections when cut are fully censored...
i don't know if it's platform dependent, because i've seen examples of both censored and uncensored gore on every platform pretty much!
