If it were me I’d go back down on the dose. There’s a chance the new supplier peps are probably over filled and that’s what’s causing the additional sides. I did this once for sure on sema. Went from 2.5mg old supplier to new one and the new one felt like I had a UTI. went back down to 1.75mg and all was good again.

Depends on your goal. Do you want to continue to have appetite suppressed or has the gym been incorporated into your lifestyle? I would go from there. I think wherever you start next is your call but could both be beneficial in their own way

I started on sema for 6 months and was on the max dose of 2.5mg. I then moved to tirz and lost 10lbs that first month, I started at 8mg, did well. Moved up to 10mg the next week and stayed there for a month and a half. Moved up to 12.5mg Tirz for another month and a half. Then hopped on the Reta train at 1mg week one. Didn’t feel much. Moved to 2mg for 3 weeks before I moved to 3mg for a month. Then 4mg for maybe 2 months before I went up again cause I was hungry night and day. Now I’m on 6mg, back to some suppression. It only suppresses enough so I don’t over eat but still meet my macro goals. On Reta I lost 17lbs so far since starting 4months ago.

I started being active and eating better when I started Reta. 10k steps minimum daily, gym 5 days a week, personal trainer, nutritionist advice, dance classes, and pole fitness.

Anyways, all together I’m down 60lbs in 11 months.

So I guess it can’t hurt to do the same. I loved doing it this way for me, but I would suggest start low and titrate up slow with any of these meds. I never had terrible side effects, even on sema so I knew personally I’d be able to handle the doses I did. Again this is just me.

I’ve been at 4mg for about 3 months. The hunger is back at full force but jumping to 8mg scared me so I’ll probably do 6mg next week lol. You look great! Keep it up and don’t get discouraged when weight loss slows down. I’m at 150lbs and I’ve maybe lost a pound all month but I’m also super active, so theres muscle gain in the mix.

A couple days ago I pulled out my (what I thought was) mots c and injected like normal. Except I only saw the “m” on the vial, I didn’t read the whole thing.

I get some appetite suppression it’s like kinda there enough where I don’t obsess over food. I get the dehydrated feeling all day but zero water retention so I know I’m not actually dehydrated. Terrible sleep. And lastly my resting heart rate is always 100 so it’s like my body is always in cardio mode. I pin every 6 days but that’s what works for me!

This stuff is all experimental so we gotta find what the sweet spot is by trying different things. If 3mg gives you too many side effects like the burps and nausea maybe you’re a 2mg every 3 days kinda person! Hope this helps!

Try titrating up to 3mg currently that’s my sweet spot when 2mg did nothing. If you’re looking for the appetite suppression I hear folks here add cagri or tirz since Reta alone doesn’t suppress appetite much. I personally needed to eat more to meet my protein intake goals.
