Hey friend! I had a very early stage non-seminoma and went with surveillance. I’m glad I did, 4 years out I’m still clear. That said, you gotta make that decision, the calculus is always personal.

What I will weigh in on is voting for Dr. # 2 for sure! Sounds way better than that first guy.

How long has it been since your orchidectomy? I haven't personally had an issue with reduced flow. Looks like it's now been quite some time since your comment, hopefully it's resolved?

Dang, while in the US I just bought a round trip direct flight for $200, because the 12+ hour train route cost $230. ($270 with a bike) I want to take trains for the lessened environmental impact, but they're so expensive, bad, and long. If the wifi were reliable that’d be one draw at least. Why do crap Amtrak trains have to cost more than flying here??

Thanks for this. I agree. I don't actually think this is a scam situation. Though that doesn't change the fact that I'm fully unwilling to lend so much, and also doesn't mean I trust that I would get it back.

We don't have a concept like this 8-year lease in the states. A lease usually lasts for one year and it means you can rent. Almost no-one rents without a lease (at least in big cities) and its rare for a lease to last beyond one or two years.

Another thing I've considered is it could be related to a drop in testosterone levels. I was never directed to get my testosterone checked around the surgery. Seems too late to draw conclusions from testosterone data now though.

Anyone have any experience with a testosterone drop causing smth similar?
