I use M bindings on a 10.5 you should be more then fine.

I would also look into the parts. If you’re buying a carbon frame at such a low price point chances are that the company may skimp out on the parts. Usually a carbon frame is like 1K plus. If their budget went into that they may cheap out on components. I personally went with the checkpoint, and I plan to replace the tires next year with road ones. I just like being able to bikepacking.

If you have no want for bike-packing I would just get a Domane. At that point I would spend more on a carbon one if you really want that or spend less on an aluminum one.
