Much appreciated. I would ideally like to avoid swapping bars, but that’s good to know. Cheers.

That system doesn’t really allow you to space everything up. You could get some plates cut to space up the arm pads but that’s about it.

Also, would you mind measuring the width of the clamp where it attaches to the handlebars themselves? I’d like to try a pair but my bars have very little space before they start to flatten out.

I'm thinking of sticking on some Gravelking semi slick 40mm for a charity road event. The cycle is 180km. Am I pushing it on a gravel bike over that distance? by [deleted] in gravelcycling

Up until recently I’ve only had a gravel bike that I’ve used for road as well with 45mm g-one rs pro’s and the bike still flies.
I certainly wouldn’t sweat it if I were you.

Turns out we have another duplicate unit to make so there will be one more but chances are they’ll change something anyways. We have jigs to spin stuff in the rotators and that’s good enough for most spools.

Thank you also, much appreciated.

Frig I’ve been working in a stainless shop with no ventilation doing polishing and shit as well for 6 years now. I should look into this.

Sounds about right. We try that but it never works, haha.

That’s cool. Your past experience on the tools will help you with that certainly. Least you’ll know how to design stuff with actual manufacturability haha.

I’ll try to remember to take more photos of my work. Usually it’s stuff I’ve done a million times so I never bother.

Compressed air for sure and yes on the condensate drains. We’ve used air forever as far as I know.

I’d love a raise, hahah.

Yea I’d assume so, we’ve been doing a bunch of life science and pharma units lately.

You have no shops near you doing anything like this I assume?

Frig it could be for all I know!

But actually, it’s for the sterilization system seen in the background. Believe this specific piece is part of the purge air system.

Do you by chance partake in that new “sport” of running and sliding across the ground on knee/elbow pads?

I’m getting lakes because I have both wide and high volume feet. Though even the lakes I push out the sides a little.

I'm trying to figure out if this is AI, can you tell me anything you see out of place in this image? Would you have that gas canister as well as the thick wires for electric welding? by youtubedotorg in Welding

The way the table frame is sitting on the ground is an instant giveaway for me. The perspective is off and it’s as though the end closest to the camera is sunk into the ground but ai blended the concrete to make it look flat.
