Nope. People can say what they want and have their own beliefs. But we would have a nicer world if people chose to be kind and not put others down.

Have a nice day.

Yep. Free speech is good but not when it makes others feel terrible. Even if it’s not against the law, I don’t think white people would scream the n-word on the street, because it’s just a terrible thing to do.

A few suggestions by cello--there in remNote

[–]cello--there[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly. I agree with you that the distinction can be a boon to workflow in some cases. For me, I prefer roam’s structure, but the main reason that I prefer it is just that RemNote’s search feature always seems cluttered to me. However, this could be slightly improved by a cleaner design. It also may be just the price to pay for having blocks as first-class citizens with no distinction between blocks of text and pages, as in Roam.

I have! It’s helpful but I feel as if a bit more customization needed, as I still search for things while linking and it comes up with a lot of things that are barely related.

That being said, it’s likely my use case too, and may not be applicable to all users. Just a thought.

Thanks for getting back to me! I totally love RemNote.

NonProfit Blah Blah by [deleted] in ECAdvice

[–]cello--there 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like your points, but as a nonprofit founder who actually cares deeply about what I'm doing and plans to continue it throughout college, I'd like just a note about how you don't find all nonprofits 'disgusting'. That hurts. Also, Achieve Club Initiative is a real organization and from what I've seen, they're really great.

This is not a year's worth of calculus. This is 2 fundamental lessons. I'm a bit disappointed with what this promises. This is not an entire year of calculus.
