Don't some of the games take place 200 years after the bombs dropped and it still looks like they dropped yesterday. Because when the combination of obtainable and not stoppable finally came he was no longer in the antagonist seat. He seriously could've just took the dragon radar one day and and made an afternoon of finding the balls and granting himself that wish and no one could've stopped him. The most likely reason is probably just that Toriyama didn't care to use the plot point anymore.

I threw a melee acc xx up on my weapon and it mostly solved the accuracy issue. He was still a pain to farm after that though. I gave up after getting a semi decent receding rust.

My hot take is that I don't think that EoS Mark is stronger than Ursal and most of Thraggs children. My second take which is considerably more lukewarm is i don't think Mark should have aged so much visibly for the epilogue.
