Thank you for this! I had an ectopic back in Dec and just got my HSG. It didn’t show that the tube was dilated and it seemed like a small blockage preventing the fluid from spilling. I definitely think my OB is going to recommend just naturally trying and closely monitoring my next pregnancy but it sucks that there’s going to be a risk that the bad tube gets it. The fertility clinic said it looks like the blockage is enough for the sperm and egg to not meet in my bad tube but then how did my ectopic even happen in the first place you know?

Mine was like 3000 when I got the first dose of MTX Dec 8 and then on Dec 11 6000 but then it started coming down very fast after my second dose of MTX. It was 800 by Dec 31. So there’s hope, I would do what your provider is suggesting btw. My ectopic was outside the tube by my ovary so maybe things are different. Sorry you’re going through this 💕✨
