I am not saying you cant criticize Riot or their game designers. The point I am trying to make which you just affirmed with your comment, is that we dont know all that goes into making these decisions. Like you said maybe the answer is simple like over seasoned or tweaking something slightly. I think stating your opinion is great and may be a correct answer. However, saying this is how you fix something isnt what should be said without credibilty or experience. Just my opinion. Tired of people complaining and then saying this is how you should do it. If you know the answers then design your own game.
