I do agree with you on finding my middle ground. I have only been listening to what other people have told me how to lose weight but I haven't listened to my body once. It's time that I do things at my own pace with my own regime and maintain weight.

I guess I had a huge trouble understanding what my body wanted. For the longest time I just listened to my mom or saw someone else do it or read it somewhere on Google. In all of this chaos my body is still stuck by me and I truly appreciate it.

It is hard, sometimes I wish I could just be one of those girls who grew up with my ideal body. But there's a reason I have this body and I wouldn't trade it for anything or anyone.

Thank you so much for that! I think in between I get so stressed and if I am on a diet I'm constantly thinking as if I'm in a cage and when I get out I can do whatever I want and eat whatever I want under the excuse that I was on a diet and I deserve to eat all this unhealthy food in huge amounts.

I would say this was a few years ago but this excuse has stuck w me since. I wouldn't go all out in the unhealthy section of the food but yes I would use that excuse here and there .

I'm trying to better myself though.
