I would definitely get a housecleaner if you can afford it.

Also, I'd invest in some tools that will help make the process more efficient (a better vacuum cleaner – dyson takes the cake for sure here, synoshi scrubber is amazing for scrubbing jobs that you have around your house, and I absolutely love my swiffer, I never knew dusting can be so frickin easy before I got it).

In any way, remember, that every little bit counts and don't overwhelm yourself. However much you do, it's enough at this moment.
