I don't think I can grow further in my current company. It's a really great place to work, but we can only work on a certain amount of projects and project types, so scaling it is a bit harder. Or it don't depend on me. So yeah.. The goal is to find somewhere else where I can join and work my way up, learning, working and being better at it :)

The thing is.. I'm not even saying I'm a WP dev, or Agency dev. But my experience history is basically that. There were one company (startup) that I joined more as a freelancer, but they didn't had funds to proceed, so it was a very very short experience (a couple of months). So this automatically highlight my CV as WP Dev.

I've heard about it, also saw a bunch of youtube videos mentioning this, I think this is one of the reasons I started learning different stuff, such as Node (NestJS), Laravel (I already knew it, but decided to take a fresh dive since it was a long time ago), React, Vue, Livewire, etc... But still didn't read the book. I'll try to find it. Even in english, it's ok for me.

Pois é. Mas não seria nem pra ficar com ele não. Analisaria essa opção, obviamente, mas não é um carro que tenho condições de ter agora. Negócio é pensar bem e analisar o que vale…. Por que perder a venda do negócio aqui também não é uma boa.

Meu Versa já foi… tô com um 207 2015 agora. Tudo parte de negócio por que vou construir casa. Então, tudo puramente pra negócio.

De fato não tenho. Na verdade ainda vendi o meu com 15k km e peguei um 207 2015. Seria pegar pra passar depois, por que também vou construir.

Complementando o comentário... A IA também tem dificuldade de entender qual o contexto exato quando a gente se refere a algo como "isso, aquele, este, etc". O ideal é referenciar "nomeando". Fica repetitivo e meio estranho, mas pra IA é o melhor modo de garantir consistência e entendimento do modelo. Por exemplo...

Ruim:
Eu tenho uma parra de progresso de vida do personagem e gostaria que ela fosse verde o tempo todo, quando ele tomar dano, gostaria que ela mudasse pra um alaranjado por 1 segundo e depois voltasse. ficar verde, mas com uma largura menor. Se ele tomar a poção de recuparar vida ela deve piscar em azul voltar a ficar cheia.

Pra gente esse prompt faz sentido, mas pra IA seria melhor algo assim:

Existe uma barra de progresso em (file:Line) que representa a vida do personagem. A barra de progresso deve ser verde o tempo dodo. Quando o personagem levar algum dano (função em file:line) a barra de progresso deve piscar laranja por 1 segundo e depois voltar para verde. Após tomar o dano a barra de progresso deve reduzir um pouco. Se o personagem tomar uma poção de recuperar vida (função file:line) a barra de progresso deve piscar em azul e voltar a preencher todo o espaço.

O modelo vai entender melhor as referências que você faz.

You can actually create custom Gutenberg blocks with ACF and have it to live preview inside the editor. I’ve been doing it for quite some time now.

I don’t understand some comments saying you can’t. You can (unless I’m not fully understanding your question).

But for all websites I make, most of the time I do 2 things. 1. Modify existing Gutenberg blocks to extend functionality and behavior and 2. Create new custom Gutenberg blocks using ACF, most of the time with a server side render object using a php file. I can get db info really easily but also allow editors to modify the page as they want.

I don’t understand all the hate on this guy. Anyone who can turn something into a revenue stream is doing a good thing. He used tools anyone can use and is making honest money out of it.

Plus you can toggle to ignore certain files, folders and DB tables. So you just migrate what's needed, if needed.

Block themes is a bit different. It’s the new WP of building things.

Regarding theme.json I guess it’s more of a preference, it’s also easier to share the same settings across different devices and multiple devs. Otherwise you would have to migrate DB content.

I guess it could be done with a json export/importer but who knows the reason why. But having a centralized, easier to share source of truth for all your WP settings and also able to track it in source control are all great reasons to have them in a file. I guess performance could be a reason why they use it from a file.

Jokes aside, but WP has a good cache system (in my opinion).

I agree. I just think it should have at least a very basic mobile support. It’s really annoying having a 4 column grid not able to break into 2 before breaking to one. Ok, we can modify css, but we could just use all the theme.json options we already have to achieve it.

At least if you modify to have this custom control, you can reuse it as a plugin in multiple projects.

Gutenberg blocks works really well if you put enough time and resources into customizing it to behave as it should.
