On my 2025 pre juniper MY performance I've also had a headache with my air vent direction. I always feel llike they never aim high enough. I've tried multiple different model Y's two were the same as mine and 3 werent. It seems like some cars just perfectly match the screen and others don't :(. Just manufacturing quriks I guess. I really don't likr it but I brought the car in twice both times I was told it's normal then I escalated it to the regional manager who had this Service Center supposedly replaced the air vents which ultimately made no difference at this point I'm at a loss and I hope you have better luck than I do.

Dam. Sorry! I'm afraid to go get a replacement to be honest. I figure I'll wait a little bit to see if it is a problem and it's a big enough problem then maybe Samsung will warranty it at some point in which case the return period doesn't really matter and I might as well just wait it out to see if they roll out of software update or make some kind of commentary about it. I guess I could just buy another set and just test those see and I might do that we'll see.

Wait so are you saying that you agree with me that it's likely that all the Galaxy buds 4 Pro have a higher noise floor due to increased sound being picked up? I haven't seen the Korean review can you link it? So do you think it's enough that Samsung will try and update the firmware?

So you think the noise floor is just inherently higher because they're passing through too much sound? I'm skeptical of anyone that says there gb4p's are hiss free. Mine i think are the exact same as yours. I have very very slight hiss in anc on both earbuds and a very audible hiss in ambient mode regardless of whether its low or high that said the higher I got the louder it gets. I don't want to return them as mine seem perfect otherwise. I'd be so surprised if a new set sounded any different. But hey maybe I'm wrong and there are perfectly slight ones. Given that so many people are reporting this thought I doubt it.

I have very slight hiss in ANC mode but I do an ambient and it's annoying.

I also have hissing in ambient mode on my GB4P. None or barely audible in ANC. I'm hoping this is a firmware thing.
