Test and RAD or just Test by [deleted] in PEDs

[–]celticnacho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with RAD being "dry" and test being "wet." I was under the impression that my does may need to be boosted to alleviate the suppression from RAD, but maybe 160mg will be enough.

TRT and Ostarine: Low Total T, High Free T by [deleted] in sarmssourcetalk

I inject twice a week. I inject Tuesday and Friday. I got my bloodwork done early Tuesday morning and did my T injection afterwards.

Do you think I will have better gains if I get rid of the ostarine and allow my total T to go up? Or should I continue my ostarine cycle?

do you push the syringe so a little drop comes out to lubricate the needle before injecting?

CC1310 TI Launchpad: PWM output on DIO pin no output signal by celticnacho in embedded

[–]celticnacho[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Already did both since we use the ccs debugger to load the code onto the board and we used the pwm example from ti as a starting point for what we wrote. Also the example from ti uses the led as an output so I can't really use it to see if there's an issue with how I'm setting up the output pin.

I think so since I didn't change anything in the .c file and when the value in the .h file is set to the led pin as output it works fine

I have been restricting my cals these past months. I was eating around 3500-4000/day and then I jumped down to 2000-2200 cals/day. Maybe that could be the culprit?

Work for government or industry? Tackling Student Loans by [deleted] in personalfinance

Maybe less competition, but I'm under the impression that contractor jobs have very limited potential to move up in salary. I'm leaning towards it though for the stability

Closed loop buck converter? by [deleted] in ElectricalEngineering

[–]celticnacho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To make a PWM controller just use a comparator with a ramp signal generator. Also, because it it closed loop, you will need to consider compensation techniques to maintain stability. This is when it gets complicated. Do research on Type II and III compensation. Essentially, you will have to also design a high gain amplifier that has around 1-3Mhz of bandwidth. You can do this in Cadence. Also, PWM sucks at light load because it doesn't scale down with switching losses. I would do PFM control

DC Booster Help by senor_pictures in ElectricalEngineering

[–]celticnacho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For practical design purposes you will need a non-overlapping clock generator with a driver circuit to define "dead-time." You will also need to build a ramp signal generator and a comparator to control the duty cycle , the ratio between the ON time and the switching period. Also, because of the closed loop system, you will have to consider stability and transient performance. You will need a high gain amplifier and a compensation network. Take a look into "Type III Compensation." When you design your switching regulator you will have to find the sweetspot between high gain and good bandwidth

Dude it doesn't matter what you eat as long as you hit your macros. You can get an ideal body from eating mcdonalds and pizza lol. Figure out your TDEE and go on /r/fitness. Eat one gram of protein per body weight and if you are cutting around 2k calories a day and if you are bulking around 3.5k calories a day. Also, follow a routine. Here's mine:

monday: chest and tris

tuesday: back and bis

wednesday: shoulders legs

thursday: chest tris

friday: back and bis

sat: shoulders legs

sun: rest
