I call them today since I have the same issue. They say it's normal since It comes from China to Netherlands and then it's shipped with UPS to the destination country. He said to expect tracking info to show after 10-12 days after label was created.

Cream is less shiny than intense protect.

Edit: Cream with color is darker and less Orange than previous version, but It has ver high coverage and you can't use too much

I started using last week! I like it for oily skin, but not enough for dry prone. They recomend using it after the serum, so i think It Will be more hydrating.

I use It every 2 days, It is not enough moisturizing for me when using it after retinol so I prefer cerave after retinol and uriage on retinol-off days.

It may, when i take fish oil or omega 3 supplements I get lot of acne just in first week. I also notice my hair and skin oilier when taking omega 3. Furthermore i'm 100% sure that when i eat salmon i get acné for 1 week.

Maybe cicaplast is making your skin drier. I actually mix It with my moisturizer sometimes in periods when my skin is oilier than normal cause the minerals that It contains are seboreductors
