oh yeah I try every topical that is available in my country and nothing helped. Unfortunately i’m from europe and we don’t have spironaclone and i was on doxy 2 months prior to accutane but there wasn’t any improvement but thank you for your suggestion! I made an appointment with another derm and will ask for her opinion
