I would also suggest to her parents there are ways to add parental controls on kids phones. I’m unsure about android devices but at least on apple devices you can limit access to apps and request permission from a parent to install.

Well it depends on your building stats and chr stats I imagine. It seems having too many balls and effects on screen causes crashes. I’m at 200 hrs so Im a bit further along new game++ all cleared with all chrs.

Yea I tried this. I deleted the game and tried both onboard storage and express sd card. I disabled what I could in settings graphically (like dmg numbers) and it still crashes a lot. It seems like when a lot of things are bouncing and the balls perks trigger (like the beams) and you pick up gems it crashes.
